Hospitality opportunities for exhibitors at Hotelympia

This is an outstanding opportunity for a select number of exhibitors at Hotelympia to stand out from the crowd and cement key relationships by inviting 10 guests to attend the conference and accompany them on the tour of the Olympic site.

Please note that this is not a sponsorship invitation. Due to potential branding issues with the official Olympic sponsors your logo will not appear on any of the conference materials however all guests will be invited on your behalf and they will join you at your lunch table.

You can invite guests personally or we will invite them on your behalf. You will be given a list of job titles and companies who have attended the exhibition in the past and will be able to select those you wish us to invite as your guests. We will continue inviting until your 10 places are reserved.

The standard fee for attending is £195 for the Conference only or £225 for the Conference and tour (plus VAT).

The cost for a hospitality packages including 10 guests at the conference, your own lunch table plus up to 10 places on the tour of the Olympic site is just £1,800 plus VAT

There are a maximum of 10 packages available and priority is given to longstanding exhibitors at Hotelympia. Priority access to the potential VIP invitation list will be given to those who sign up first.
