FEES: The standard fee is £195 for the conference, £50 for the tour or £225 for the conference and tour + VAT @ 17.5%

VAT: Under EU legislation delegates from all countries are required to pay VAT on any event taking place in the UK. Delegates from outside the EU member states may be entitled to reclaim the cost.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received in writing before Friday 12th February will be subject to a service charge of £150. The full fees remain payable after Friday 12th February 2010. Substitutions are welcome at any time.

ARE YOU REGISTERED? You will always receive an acknowledgement of your booking. If you do not receive anything please call us on +44 (0)20 8 788 3710 to make sure we have received your booking.

PROGRAMME CHANGES: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. This contract is subject to English Law.

DATA PROTECTION: The personal information shown, and/or provided by you will be held on a database by R3 Ltd and Fresh RM. They may be used to keep you, or any additional names provided by you, up to date with developments in your industry.
